By accessing or using the one2 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
You are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on your subscription tier. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle. one2 reserves the right to modify pricing with a 30-day notice.
We respect your privacy. All tenant data uploaded to our ERP is strictly yours. We employ AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your proprietary business data.
If you are enrolled in the Partner Program, you are granted a non-exclusive license to re-brand the platform interface. However, the underlying codebase, architecture, and intellectual property remain strictly owned by one2.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
